Effective 1 January 2026 — how we collect, use and protect the personal data you share with Siddique Son's Architect.
1. Information we collect
When you contact us we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, plot location, project requirements and anything else you include in your message. We may also record basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics are enabled.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare a cost estimate, schedule a site visit, deliver contracted services, issue invoices and improve our website content. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. Contact form processing
Messages submitted through our contact form are delivered through a third-party form service (Web3Forms). The content of your message is transmitted to that service and then to our inbox. Please avoid including sensitive financial or identification documents in the initial message.
4. Cookies and analytics
Our website may use essential cookies to keep the site functioning and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; core pages will continue to work.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We share your information only where necessary: with our engineers and site teams working on your project, with authorities when preparing approvals you have requested, or where disclosure is required by law. Service providers are bound to use the data only for the task we give them.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up on ongoing projects and past conversations. Contract and invoice records are retained for the periods required by tax and company law.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it. Write to info@siddique-sons.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We protect the data we hold with access controls, secured devices and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our practices regularly and act quickly on any incident.
9. Children's privacy
Our services are offered to adults entering construction contracts. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
